You shall only access or attempt to access those portions of Credit Suisse Systems as authorized by Credit Suisse. Your system access shall solely be in connection with the services you provide to Credit Suisse and from those locations authorized by Credit Suisse.
There are two types of Smart Card readers provided by Credit Suisse please check and confirm which of the two you have before following the correct set of instructions outlined below.

Ping relates to network latency. The quality of your MyDesk experience is defined by the latency of the network connection. With poor Ping results, you may experience slow responsiveness between your home machine and Credit Suisse iDesktop, i.e. you may see delays in mouse movements and keystrokes.
You acknowledge that remote access to the Credit Suisse Systems in one country from another country is not permitted except as specified by Credit Suisse.
